Before becoming a well-respected Coach and Mentor, Coach Kara grew up watching a group of parents (which included her mother and father) create a soccer club that at its core was established to create an atmosphere that was not only family friendly, but also re-enforced player development and was player focused.  This would be the same club that Coach Kara played her entire club career for and paved the way for her to play on the Duluth High School soccer team and then play for Wofford College.  After graduating from Wofford, Coach Kara came back to the same club she played for as a child, and held positions ranging from Head Coach to Club Scheduler to Director of Recreational Soccer.  While holding these positions, she also coached at Peachtree Ridge and currently is part of the coaching staff at Buford High School.  The passion she has for the game of soccer is the motivation that has led her to follow the same path as her parents so many years ago and create a program that prioritizes the player's experience and development, and always keeping the player first.
